Women in Comedy.

This is a video that Ryan McFarland sent me from Kay Cannon, a writer for "30 Rock". It's about being a woman in comedy and not seeing comedy as a boy's club. Also, about being a writer/performer.

 I agree with everything she's saying.

I also don't know how to be a woman. So it's easy for me.
