Currently, I am...
Instagramming...
Boston. I took this picture the other day on a snowy afternoon. I was in a great mood because I just bought the most perfect dress for New Year's and shopping does that to me. It had just started snowing and I saw this man dressed in colonial garb on one of the oldest streets in America. It was perfect and awesome.
Reading...
Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. I got an iPad mini for Christmas and at first I had no idea what I'd do with it but then I realized it's pretty handy and fun to play with and it's easy to read books... of which I have done very little of lately. It's good so far! Interesting and fun to read. I have been a little ADD lately with my interests though so it hasn't captivated me nearly as much as Netflix and...
Watching...
The Cosby Show. I caught an episode over Thanksgiving while staying at my family's house and couldn't believe how much I was laughing out loud. I don't think I ever really watched the show. But now I got a Hulu Plus subscription so that I could watch the entire series. And oh my, it's hilarious. Bill Cosby is wonderful. The facial expressions! A+.
Thinking about...
Change. It's a new year. I've been a little depressed or under the weather or something the past few months and I think it's because everything is the same all the time. Every single day has the same agenda. I don't do much during the day. Then, I do shows. Then, we go to one bar one night and another bar on Thursdays and every week, it's just the same exact thing. It's not bad and it's not like it's not fun, but I feel so stuck sometimes. I just need something to do that's different. Find a new routine!
Anticipating...
- Another yoga challenge to kick-start the new year. (I know I should just jump in and do it, but I've picked a start date and I'm anticipating it!)
- A new production process that starts next week. My creative juices are flowing... but not nearly enough to actually write sketches yet. Writer's block kicks right in.
- I made a resolution to buy a new record every month. I bought my first one, Ella & Louis, from Amazon last night and I can't wait to get it.
{Idea for this post came from many blogs that I read, though originally from Sometimes Sweet. I think it's a nice idea and a fun writing and mental challenge for myself.}
